PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINICS
Tom likes to treat a problem within 3 treatments. If treatment is successful within 3, you'll be given physio style exercises to complete to keep your treatment going OR you'll be referred to a specialist for a different course of treatment.

Treatments will include, relaxation and sports massage techniques as well as myofascial cupping and myofascial release techniques. Tom has been qualified as a Level 3 sports massage therapist for 8 years now and has logged over 500 treatments.

My sports massage treatments start with a thorough postural analysis to diagnose issues and identify their root causes. I believe in using gentle yet effective technique that prioritise comfort while delivering impactful results.
By addressing the underlying problems, I help clients achieve better mobility and overall well-being without discomfort. My approach is designed to empower individuals on their journey to recovery and enhanced athletic performance by also providing work for the client to do themselves after the treatment.
